Recycle bin doesn't work

Whenever I put something into the recycle bin I can't see
an icon or anything of the file I put in there. Also, I
can't restore any of the files in the recycle bin. I get
a message that says the bin is corrupted and I have to
empty it out. When I do that I can see a the file I put
in it after it is empty, but then it does the same thing
again and I can't see or restore any files. I have
increased the memory of the recycle bin up to 20% even 50%
at one point, but the same thing keeps happening and the
files I get rid of are not that large. Can anyone tell me
how to fix it?

Recycle Bin - Repair or Replace

Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin This is a REG file. Save the file to your
hard disk and double click it. Answer yes to the import prompt. Right click
on the Desktop and select Refresh. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking the file and selecting Edit
