Recycle bin and network

I would like to knwo how to use the Windows XP recycle bin with the a
network drive map on a windows 2003 server.

Is the recycle just be used with local drive ?

The Recycle Bin is only used locally. When you delete something over the
network, for all intents and purposes it's gone. You can possibly
retrieve something by running data recovery software on the server, but
it is better to just be aware that deleting things over the network is
dangerous.
