Recurring tasks

Do any of you (particularly in sales industry) schedule automatically
recurring reminders in BCM (i.e.-call Jack the 2nd Monday of each
month)? If so how do you schedule them in BCM? This was REALLY easy
in ACT!

You can do this easily with Tasks -- click the Recurrence button and you'll
see all the same options as ACT!. If you want to do it with Opportunities,
you can't set the Recurrence but you can reschedule each time you follow up,
and then the Opportunity pops up instead of the task -- pretty handy!
