recurring task on 19th of each month

I have been trying to create a recurring task or reminder on a specific date
every month eg the 19th of the month - recurring options seem to be daily,
weekly etc
Thanks
 
Recurrence pattern monthly on day 19. It's an available option in the
interface. What is the issue?
