Maybe Outlook could develop a program to send notices at a specified
time/date before each recurring meeting, such as Yahoo Calendar. Few of my
acquaintances use Outlook.
Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
