recurring meetings not on a non work day

I am trying to schedule recurring meetings on Calendar but when I choose the
8th of the month, I sometimes get the meeting on a non-work day - Saturday
for instance. How do I schedule a meeting with the rule to not schedule on a
weekend?

Outlook on its own can't make non-regular recurrences. If you tell it the
eighth of the month, that's when it will schedule it.. There are
third-party tools that can help, however. See
