Recurring meeting

I want to schedule a recurring meeting based on working days during the
month. E.g. I want to schedule a meeting on every 10th weekday of the month.
If this can also exclude holidays, even better. Can anyone help?
 
You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments. Details here:
