One of our users has recurring EULA prompts every time he
starts an office program (exp. Word, Outlook) despite
having selected "Accept". We use XP Professional and all
of our operating systems and office packages are
licensed. How can I stop this from happening?

We had a similar problem, you need to increase his security so that his
acceptance can be recorded.

That is Office - not Windows - wanting to be activated. You need to go
in Word to 'Help - About Word' and note the Product ID Number given
there. Then Help - Activate Product (be on the internet first) and if
asked for the Product number - you may not be, depending on version -
give it that one you noted. This will activate all the components of
Office that came in its common install - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Any that you may have bought separately will need similar treatment on
their own
