Recurring appointment

I am using outlook 2003 SP1 and have configured my exchange server email
account in it.

The issue is when I open a recurring appointment it does not prompt for
opening the series or the occurence.

I am in the day/week/month view of the calendar. I tried new profile - no
go

I tried the same account on another computer and it is working fine. Another
account on my computer same problem.

Any suggestions.
