Recruitment & Staff Management Using Access - Template Wanted to getme started

Hi, i have been asked to manage the staff on a large project which i
have been doing using a spreadsheet, but its getting too large and
cumbersome now so i will have to put it into a database, but i am
stuck when trying to figure out how to link an entry form to an
existing table plus i'm not sure i have got the links right etc, so
Does anyone already have a Resource recruitment type of template that
they would be willing to share... please
