recreating default domain policy

Does anyone know of a way to re-create a default domain policy. Ours was
deleted some time ago. Now we want to define a security policy but it
cannot without the default.
 
Microsoft PSS has an untested utility for this in Windows 2000 called
recreatedefpol.exe. You can call in for a copy of it.

Windows Server 2003 has an included utility called DCGPOFIX.EXE.
