Recovery Console

I have an emachines M6811 running XP Home. The machine has no floppy drive.
The recovery disk doesn't include the Recovery Console.

How can I get the Recovery Console so that it is installed on my hard drive,
which it isn't?

I do NOT have a floppy drive. The Recovery Disk from eMachines does not
contain the Recovery Console, nor was it installed at the factory. I would
like the Recovery Console on my hard drive. All the referenced sites I get
require I use floppies and I can't. Are you saying that I can download the
Recovery Console directly onto my hard drive from the site you recommended
rather than put them on floppies? Thanks
