Recovery Console Unattended Installation

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to install the Recovery Console without
any input required from the user?

It must be installed first,but after that it can be accessed before starting
xp,this way one doent need to go thru booting to xp cd every time.To install,
it also must be done before SP2 is installed,read.307654 and there's 307973
and 314058 307654 gives the installation
