The best method is to use a Linux boot disk that can
reset the User or Administrator passwords. The disk can
be downloaded for free without any restrictions. Visit
the following link for details:
NOTE: The password only needs to be removed / erased
using the disk and not changed. Otherwise the procedure
won't work. You can then restart the system after erasing
the password and create a new password.
