Recovering Removed items

windows defender ran on my computer yesterday and removed alot a folder of
songs that i want to get back. in the history, i see what i removed yet its
not in quarantine or anywhere else that i can see. how do i get my files
back?

Do a Google search: recover delete
You should find hits on software that may be able to recover the deleted
files.
That is why I uncheck the box "apply default actions to items detected
during scan" under Tools->Options->Automatic scanning
