Recovering permanently deleted e-mails

I was wondering if there is any way to recover permanently deleted e-mails. I do not have MS Exchange server so the recover deleted items is unavailable to me. SO I was hoping there was another way about it. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Well "permanently deleted" says it already ;-)
There is a slight chance you can bring them back however;
