recovering password

I just downloaded Outlook for the 60 day free trial. When I try to configure
my account so that mail goes to Outlook instead of Outlook Express, it asks
for a password. I never set a password with Outlook and the password I use
for Outlook Express does not work.
Help! -

Is it asking for a password to open Outlook or to access the mail server?
