Recovering large Outlook Databases

My MD has a rather large Outlook Database (65mb) which we are having trouble
recovering.
Tried the normal procedure within Outlook and Entourage. We have even tried
the new Database recovery Utility that comes with Office 2004 and no luck.
Can anyone help or point me in the direction of a company that might be able
to recover the database.
