Recovering Deleted Profiles?

Long story short, I've accidentally deleted one of the
user profiles on my friend's XP machine while in Safe
Mode. All the files associated with the profile were
deleted of course. Anyone know if it's possible to
recover a deleted profile in XP. I'm most concerned
about some of the pictures that were associated with the
deleted profile, which were lost in the process. Thanks
in advanced for any help you can give me.

Files deleted along with user profiles do not go into the Recycle
Bin and are generally not recoverable without 3rd party intervention.

System Restore only affects system files, and doesn't do a thing
for lost data files. By 3rd party solution, I mean: Remove the hard
drive from the computer, and ship it to a data recovery service, along
with a check for roughly $2000.00, depending upon hard drive size and
file system.
