deleted a profile

is there any way to get this restored other than using HDD data recovery
process?

The profile was accidentally deleted as follows:
Right click on My Computer > properties > Advanced > User Profiles -
Settings > deleted a profile...

I'm hoping that the profile can be restored through some method like the
Recycle Bin... I realize I'm clutching at straws...

Once a user account is deleted, it is permanently deleted from the computer.

Hi,

You may be able to recover files from that user's profile with the use of
recovery/undelete utilities, but the profile itself is permanently gone.
