Recovering Administration pass word.

my xp Home can not boot because of hard drive failure.
Replaced a new one and copied everything from the old one.
using XP Recovery console to restore win xp. Now the
problem is XP ask for administration pass word that I do
not remember.
Does any one known where I can look at or how to
recovering the pass word. It must be somewhere in
<Windows> folder.
Thank for any information.
PS. I can boot to ME and access to XP folder.
