Recovering/accessing email folder

I recently updated an account - my address book is still
current, but no longer have access to my old email
folders. How can I access those folders?

Can we assume you're using Outlook and not Outlook Express? If you're using
Outlook, look here for all the information you need on backup and
restoration of Outlook data:
