Recovered messages

Can someone help.Everytime I bring up mail for my wife (under vista) this
folder gets populated. When i switch users to mine it does not do it. i
checked alloptions and no luck.

The Message Store for your wife's account is corrupted.
There is no quick fix for that. I know of only two solutions:

1. (not so easy): Reset Windows Mail. Go to
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/62560-windows-mail-problems.html
and scroll down to the section "How to Backup and Reset Windows Mail."

2. (easier): Upgrade to Windows Live Mail: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
