Recover Offline Files from c:\winnt\csc

I was using offline files whilst connected to domain One.
I have then joined my laptop to a new Domain (domain two).

However prior to doing this I didn't take a copy of my
Offline files. I can still see the database of files in C:
\winnt\csc, under my old profile, but they are not in the
usual file structure format.

How can I convert these data files into the traditional
folder & files format, so that I can put them into My Docs
for my new Profile.

I cannot rejoing to the old domain, as it is no longer
available.
