Recover Junk Mail

I emptied my Junk Mail folder this morning and as it was deleting the emails
I noticed that I missed an email that was routed to the Junk Mail folder that
wasn't acutually junk mail. Is there a way to recover emails that were
permanetly deleted from the Junk Mail folder?
 
Do you use an Exchange account or a pst-file?
