Recover files from Bin from Network Drive?

How come when you delete a file or folder from a network drive it does not
end up in the recycle bin? Is this possibe?

Use a program such as Norton's File Restore Program. It should be able
to get them back. There are others to.
 
By design, files deleted by network clients never go into the Recycle Bin
