Recover files deleted with account?

Is there a way to restore files deleted along with the My
Documents folder after the corresponding account is
deleted?

If you clicked "Delete Files", the entire User account is deleted, and you will
not be able to recover any of the user's files.

If you did not select the option to save the files, you need a 3rd
party application to retrieve the data if at all possible:
