Define recover and damage? It may well be that you, as an end-user, really
can't do so without the help of either specialized tools or services which
are really still rather expensive. Prohibitively expensive in most cases.

You can use Active@ undelete or Uneraser data recovery tools to restore
your lost file. These are IMHO tryly powerful utilities that never
failed me before and were always able to bring lost data back, never
corrupting it.

I suppose using Data Recovery tool - Partition Table Doctor or EASEUS
DataRecoveryWizard.
It is imho the best one among it's family. Easy to use and powerful.
It actually never failed me before. Recommended!
