recover email: Microsoft Outlook

I need to recover an email that I deleted between one and two weeks ago. I
permanently deleted it (it's not in my deleted items folder anymore). This is
a stand-alone computer - not hooked up to a network or server of any kind.

There's no way to retrieve a deleted email you received. However, if it's one
you sent, check the sent items folder for a copy.

I have accidentally deleted a personal folder with all its filed email. Can
I recover the folder?
I can't find the location you have given as:
microsoft.public.outlook.general in file explorer. Please advise.

Can I recover the folder? I checked in the recycle bin without success.
Please advise how I find:microsoft.public.outlook.general. I cannot find it
on my windows explorer.
