recover email account from control panel

I'm in trouble this time. Have created new pst file and things are cool.
Back up to up to a drive on my employers server. I do that every few days.
Usually once a week. Was trying to delete an older or unused .pst file that
is in in my folder list. It wouldn't let me and sugggeted i use a scan.ost or
scan.pst and that didn't work. Found a possible fix using this discussion
group and going to control panel/mail. Went to edit or change, found the
folder name and clicked remove. It's still there but all my existing Folder
List is gone except my .pst file. I have no Calendar No inbox or Sent
folders. It's like my email account is gone.

How do I recover all the mail from this week along with everything else?

Use the same location in Control Panel to add back in the PST you removed.
