recover deleted identity in outlook and/or local files

i recently (mot so samrtly...) deleted one of my identities, which was a
hotmail-type account already closed by hotmail.com. when deleted, all the
local folders with 'inbox', 'outbof', etc files disapeared as well. how
could i possibly recover those files?
any help is MUCH appreciated on this one, since those files contained
vakuable contacts/information. please also send a reply to my e-mail addres,
(e-mail address removed).

Try posting this in an Outlook Express group - this is not one of them.
This group supports Outlook from Microsoft Office. Outlook Express is a
part of Internet Explorer.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
