Duplicate Account via Outlook Connector and cannot delete

I am using Win 7 64 and Outlook 7. It is tied to my MS Live Hotmail Plus
Account. Without going into what I did, but I ended up with two identical
accounts (e-mail address removed). The one set to the default is working fine. The
second one when I select it a message pops up stating "The set of folders
cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file
C:\Users\Ron's\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\rgphotoman_hotmail0.ost. Quit
Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool
(Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For more information
about the Inbox repair tool, see Help." I have then scanned my entire system
and Office 2007 disk and cannot find that file. I then go into Tools-Account
Settings" and select the bogus one and select "Remove". I then get the
message "You cannot delete this Outlook data file. Configuration information
in the file is being copied to your new default data file. You can delete the
file after this information is copied." It has now been two days and I still
get that message. Can you offer any suggestions on how to correct this,
especially since I cannot find scanpst.exe? Thanks in advance for any
suggestions.

since it’s a ghost account, the best way to fix is with a new profile, but
you can first try deleting the accounts from control panel mail and
re-adding them. See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/ghosts.htm.
