Recover deleted files

A user had saved datas on drive D. But a new image has
been copied on this computer. Is there any way or any
software we could use to get back the datas. The user had
no backups of his datas.

the tech industry, not a software mftr. Their phone number is
1-800-440-1904. It works fine from here (USA). This is a USA number and
I have no idea how you call the US from Canada, if you have to dial a
country code or not. I'm sure you have data recovery firms in Canada
also.
