Outlook 2002. I exported a pst file to my external harddrive but when I try
to recover the messages (either through import or by doing File>Open Outlook
Data File) I receive the message: "The file C:\Documents and Settings\my
name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\KBemail.pst is not
compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service.
Contact your administrator." How do I recover that file?

You can try a popular Outlook recovery tool called Advanced Outlook
Repair to repair your PST file. It is a powerful tool to recover
messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft
Outlook PST files.

Detailed information about Advanced Outlook Repair can be found at
http://www.datanumen.com/aor/

And you can also download a free demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe
Good luck!
