Recover a deleted email distribution group?

I am using Outlook 2007. My wife accidentally deleted an email distribution
group with loads of addresses. Is there any way to recover this? Or do I
have to spend the next few days recreating it? Thanks!

Duh, nevermind. I found another thread and found the file in my deleted
items folder, but was hard to find sine there are 1,000 emails in there too.
My wife is extremely happy so goodnight.
