Deleted Distribution List

I use Outlook 2003 / WIN XP on an IBM notebook. I inadvertently deleted an
email distribution list used monthly. In addition, I emptied the deleted
folder before I realized what I'd done. Is there any way to recover this
data once it's cleared by emptying the folder?

What type of account? With Exchange, you may be able to use the "Recover
Deleted Items" feature. Ask your IT person. If you use a PST, then this
may be your only hope:

The system I use is with PST. Additionally, since this was at work, I shut
down the computer when I left and so it will reboot when I start work today.
I found the archive.pst and the outlook.pst files and both had that the date
stamp was after I had deleted the list. For this reason, I believed that I
did not have an older version to use. I will try the steps outlined in the
link and see if that helps.
Thanks
