Recording what is typed in to the computer

I need some freeware that will automatically load up when the computer is
booted and that will record everything typed in by the user. The software
should not be 'apparent' but it should be accessable by me and able to be
turned off - anything out there that does this?

Sit with them and watch. Totally free, and it's better parenting than
letting software do it.

the search term is "keylogger', but be warned.....using a program like
this can slow down the computer and/or build up large files. It can
also make your relationship with 'others' on the computer..(even kids)
awkward.....be VERY sure you need to do this.
