WHEN I START TO CAPTURE A TV SHOW INTO MY COMPUTER, THE PC CRASHES AND I GET A BLUE SCREEN. IT WORKS FINE WHEN I WANT TO CAPTURE STILLS, BUT A MOVING PICTURE IS IMPOSSIBLE. ALSO, I'M NOT GETTING ANY VIDEO SOUND INTO MY PC. I'M USING A DELL VIDEO AND AUDIO SOUND CARD FOR THIS. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM HERE?

To capture video you will need a capture card or something like a
Canopus AVDC 100 or Canopus AVDC 50. You will need a firewire to the
PC for the AVDC 100. Sound like you are trying to connect a TV output
to the video connector on your video card. You also need a lot of
disk space (about 178 mb per minute of video).
