Recommendations for backup software?

Win XP Pro, want to back up to CD-RW (or to a single backup file on HDD then
archive the file to CD-RW).
Ideally should support
- Scheduled
- Incremental
- Boot partition / disaster recovery
- Registry

Any suggestions? There's so much out there I don't know where to start!

Thanks Carey...I've downloaded the trial but WOW...60% dissatisfaction rate!
I guess it's pretty system-dependent!
