Recommendation.

All,

We are embarking on redisgning our website. Some of the things we are
looking at adding to the new site are:
- Chatting software for our customer service group
- HTMLeditor for page updates from the admin side.
- Shopping cart software
- Templates(our group is very challenged when it comes to creatives)

We already found some of these tools but I was thinking the group experiance
would be very helpful in making the right decision. Any recommendation on
these tools for asp.net would be appreciated.
