Windows XP Recommend PDF Editor Application

Anyone care to recommend a decent pdf editor - just need to perform simple editing.

I think OpenOffice can open PDF files - www.openoffice.org

Worth a try at least!

Thanks I an - tried your suggestion but no function to edit an existing file - only export to pdf.
