Recomendations for an athlon motherboard

I am building a new system for my kids and I don't want to put too many
cards in a mid tower case. I want onboard sound, modem, network connector,
and if possible a super vga connector with the full compliment of usb ports
maybe firewire ports is there a motherboard that suits my needs

I like the ASUS A7N8X. All standard features on board. 2 LAN connectors,
2 Firewire, 6 USB. Socket 462 so it uses AMD XP series CPUs.
