Recipients of my Emails cannot see who it was sent to

I'm not sure what I did but now when I send emails, no email address show in
the "TO" field. I did a few test emails and I know that the emails are going
through but the recipients of the emails cannot see who I sent the email to
and in my outbook the TO field is blank. How do I fix?

Are you putting the recipients in another field, like Bcc?

No but whatever the problem was, it's solved now. I restarted my computer
and now it's fine. It's a mystery.
