When I send an email to a large # of recipients, the recipients cant see all
other recipients. I want everybody to be able to see all recipients.

Only if you are using the Bcc field to list the recipients. If you put
them in the To or Cc headers, every recipient gets to see whomever is
listed in those headers. That doesn't mean their e-mail client can show
a huge long string. The longer are the e-mail addresses, the more
likely that the *display* of that string will get truncated.
I want everybody to be able to see all recipients.

Do you have permission from each recipient to divulge their e-mail
address to someone other than you? Has each recipient agreed to some
NON-privacy policy for your newsletter, listserver, or whatever is the
source of your bulk mail? Is it your intention to be rude by violating
their trust in you of their privacy regarding their e-mail address?

If the recipients have not authorized you to divulge their e-mail
address to anyone of your personal choosing then expect to get your bulk
mailing added to the public blacklists. A recipient that receives a
bulk mailing, especially one that lists dozens or hundreds of
recipients, is likely to report it to a blacklist and/or to your e-mail
provider. They may not care for others to have their e-mail address,
especially since someone else could use it to spam or harass them.
