Recipients names to show when printing sent email

I often print off an email I have sent for reference purposes, but I am
frustrated that the header details i.e. who I have sent to and the subject,
do not get printed. Can an adjustment be made so that these details are
included?

Do they show in print preview?
Does the header information show when you print a message you received?
What version of Outlook? What version of IE? What OS?
