Recipients don't get attachments wheni Send with Outlook2000

When I send an email using Outlook 2000 with .doc and .pdf attachments
receipents not using Outlook do not get the attachments. If I use Outlook
express they do. Any ideas what the problem is?

Make sure you're using Plain Text or HTML format, not Rich Text, in your
messages.
