recipient does not get attachments

I use Outlook 2000. My send folder includes the Word doc attachments, but
the recipient does not get them. I can send the email to myself and the
attachment is there and opens just fine.

If you are sending the message in Rich Text format and the recipient is not
using Outlook, then your attachment will not be seen. Make sure you're
using Plain Text or HTML for the message format.
