For some reason my Aunt cant send email to my SBC account ( main email)
window email. She gets a error undelieverable. She can send me a email to my
college address or my hotmail one without problem. I have searched this board
and saw NORTON antivirus wasnt compable with windows email?
Here is another question. I cant get Norton off my computer. It was
preinstalled from best buy when I bought it. I have 3 month free trial. I
went to ADD/Remove programs but its NOT there. how do I get it off?

Download and run this program:

You may also have to remove your email accounts under Windows Mail,
then restart Windows Mail and create the accounts again.

You may also want to ask SBC if they are blocking messages from your aunt's
email
provider. If so, the problem occurs before the messages reach your computer
and
it's unlikely that anything you can do on your computer will help.

You may also want to ask your aunt to try sending you a message with all the
CAPITAL LETTERS in your username changed to lowercase, to see if that
will help.

If this fixes your problem, you may want a replacement antivirus program
that doesn't cause problems in Windows Mail. I recommend either avast!
or AVG, either one with a custom install that tells it to leave out the part
that scans email.

The fact that your aunt gets an 'undeliverable' notice has no bearing on anything
else you mentioned. If you want us to troubleshoot that problem we would need
to see the full text of the 'undeliverable' notice.
