I would like to use Outlook to organize my outside mail accounts ( I have
two) but cannot figure out how to configure each mail account in Outlook to
receive the e-mails.
I have searched the Microsoft files, and find q&a close to this subject, but
nothing directly related.
If the configuration can be in laymans terms it would sure be more beneficial.
I thank all you smart people for any assistance you can give.

What do you mean by "outside" accounts?

eThanks for responding, Gordan.
I have to use dial-up connection. With the dial-up service comes an e-mail
account, (e-mail address removed). Now ther is my AOL e-mail account, (e-mail address removed).
To check my mail, I must login to each account separately. I would like to
have the mail from each of these accounts go directly to my Outlook 2003. I
have read where I can establish a folder for each account in Outlook, this
would be great! When and if I can get the two accounts to the Outlook 2003
Inbox.

Go here http://email.about.com/od/outlooktips/qt/et122204.htm on how to
access your AOL email in outlook, and look on your ISPs web site for
instructions on how to set up your email account with them in Outlook.

Your site suggestion is WONDERFUL. I havae step by step instructions to make this happen. And it does work! I can receive my AOL mail in Outlook.
One problem....I cannot send mail from Outlook. It stays in the Outbox,
unsent.
