Receptionist needs to forward messages to 8 persons, which system

I need to set up a new system at work to forward messages, monitor time for
staff to return calls... Can this be done with outlook exchange.
 
The forward could (should?) be done on the server. Ask your webhost. Or you
can create a rule in OL.
